  • Mutual Evaluation - to determine where you are now, what you want to improve, and what your Key Performance Indicators are.

  • Goal Setting – to define your major development objectives as a coach, establish specific program goals, and define mutual expectations.

  • Implementation – participation in an eight week development and coaching certification process consisting of 2-3 hour weekly group sessions, weekly application and action assignments, and performance feedback.

  • Mastery & Momentum – development of a Coaching Plan of Action, creation of individual training & development plans, establishment of score cards, and achievement of improved performance and results.
