Prior to founding Leadership Dynamics, Paul was the founding President and CEO of Air Power of New England, Inc., a leading distributor and fabricator of industrial compressed air systems. He has also held the positions of President of a nationally recognized industrial distribution company and General Manager of a family owned retail business.
Paul gives generously of his time, energy, and resources to his church and com-munity. He serves in leadership roles on numerous boards and committees. He is also the recipient of Thayer Symphony Orchestra's award for Distinguished Cultural Community Service.
Paul says that his greatest personal successes are his 38-year marriage to his wife, Lois, his two wonderful daughters, Liisa and Leslie, and his grandchildren Zachary, Hannah, Olivia, Joshua, Haley and Jordan.
