Kevin Patterson
Director of Facilitation and Program Development

Kevin Patterson is Leadership Dynamics’ Director of Facilitation and Program Development. His experiences as a teacher, mentor, journalist, actor, and leader provides students with unique perspectives and insight. Helping others achieve their work and financial goals while also growing in their personal lives is what inspires Kevin at LDI.

 

Julia Patterson
Program Coordinator

Julia Patterson is Leadership Dynamics’ program coordinator and administrative assistant. With an Interdisciplinary Studies degree, Julia has experience in business administration, project management, and social media marketing. She is also a small business owner and volunteers extensively in the arts and her local community.

 

Lois Brown
Special Projects Manager & Accounting

Lois Brown oversees our payroll and billing. Her diligence and precision help ensure LDI’s ongoing success. She and Paul have been married for over 50 years, and have eight grandchildren.
