About Paul Brown
Paul Brown is the President and CEO of Leadership Dynamics and author of Seven Steps to a Life of Significance. Prior to starting Leadership Dynamics, Paul was the founding President and CEO of Air Power of New England, Inc., a leading fabricator and distributor of industrial compressed air systems. Earlier in his career, he held the positions of president of a nationally recognized industrial distribution company and general manager of a family owned retail business.
His real-world business experience, knowledge, and success allow him to add great value to clients by helping them convert valuable business theory into the practical application of best business practices for the execution of mission-critical goals and desired performance results.
Paul has been a lifelong student of leadership and strategic organizational development and has authored numerous articles. He is a frequent speaker to national and international audiences, delivering dynamic keynote addresses. He is recognized in the industry as one of the leading executive coaches and strategic organizational development experts.
Outside of his professional practice, Paul gives generously of his time, energy, and resources to his church and community. He has served on boards, in leadership positions, and committees for St. Anna School, the Community Foundation of North Central Ma, The United Way of North Central MA, The Alexis De Tocqueville Society of the United Way of North Central MA, the St. Paul Catholic School Consortium, Partners in Charity, and as a corporator for the American Red Cross of Central MA.
Paul says his greatest personal successes are his marriage to his wife, Lois, their two successful daughters, Liisa and Leslie, and their eight grandchildren.
