“The Workforce Training Fund program is a smart blend of corporate resources with state sponsorship. Well-trained employees are more productive and happier in their jobs. Conversely, a faltering economy bites into both staffing levels and training budgets. It's a vicious cycle - unhappy, under-skilled employees can't excel during such a critical period in a company's lifespan. This program makes it practical for executives to do the right thing - at the right price."
